When closed caption "cc" subtitles go wrong | how to fix

While watching #TEACHDEM live stream on Sunday, in the process of trying to post a comment. I would have inadvertently hit the cc tab. Which would have interrupted the stream. After waiting for it to recalibrate and start running again, that was when I would have noticed that the closed caption was functional. I was about to turn it off, the cc, but then curiosity would have set in, -let’s see what it's saying, I said. The funniest of lines were to hit my gaze there and then. So I took out my phone and captured a short 3 minutes clip. This is what it looks like, hilarious.
